Some of the tools are different now (Tabletop Forge was folded into Roll20, ConstantCon doesn’t appear to be active any longer), but there are some great nuggets for gaming in this one, including talk of FLAILSNAILS, ways to build an online gaming group which is quite intriguing and still useful.
